For our company at Green Valley Estate (former Equestrian Center Deurne) we are looking for an organizational talent!
We are looking for someone to help us set up our education and training center.

Do you have a MBO or HBO work and thinking level, are you entrepreneurial and have you been working for several years? Then we are looking for you!

Your responsibility will be to supervise one of the two trajectories; education or training. In your work you will, together with the management, map out a route towards a working training or education center. For example, you will start by setting up and organizing small events (training or refresher courses), then cluster things into shortened vocational courses or training weeks, and gradually move towards a continuous part-time and full-time implementation program for the training center or an ongoing continuous training offer for talents, recreational athletes, pros, coaches and officials.

To make it a success you work in steps determined by you, and you are thus:

For our company at Green Valley Estate (former Equestrian Center Deurne), we are looking for a practical talent! Even more specific: a biometrist / movement technologist / sports scientist with knowledge of equestrian sports!

The basis of everything we do is scientific research, and primarily exercise and sports science research.

For our projects with vocational education as well as the link to athletes and coaches for the work in the training and education center, we are looking for someone who can help us bridge the gap between science and practice.

Are you entrepreneurial and not afraid to express a unique vision in equestrian sports? Do you have a completed HBO education in one of the above directions? And are you the one who can build this bridge? Then we are looking for you!
